Allocating disk space for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege... Stuck

I downloaded the game already 2 times, it always says "Allocating disk space for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" when I finish downloading it, if I give it to cancel DELETE the game completely, this time I have left it approximately 30 minutes loading to see if it progressed , but nothing, I'll let it reach 1 hour and then cancel it, some advice or problem?

PD: my HDD is in perfect condition, 2TB - 1.3TB Free, download another game and it worked perfectly, the problem is with R6

Defrag your drive
and/or
Make a new steam directory

I just reboot my pc while the process was in progress and seems like it works (i dont know because it's a family share game and Uplay didnt got me access to play the game)

ive had problems before with ubisoft games over steam share, bc of uplay, so i thought that might be the problem.

this is what ubisoft had to say about it


Thank you for reporting this to us.

You will run into issues playing with GameShare, as you cannot register the game on multiple Ubisoft Accounts.

That being said, it shouldn't be the cause of this installation issue. Try the following Steam > Settings > Downloads > Clear Download Cache.

i just want to share this, sorry for the bad grammar, clearing a cache is working for me, so the step is when i reach the allocating disk bla bla.. i clearing the download cache and it made log out my steam account, so i login and its done installing XD, now the only struggle i has is updating uplay :( so please dev will you give me free starter pack for helping XD
