Nokk figured out where Maverick was when he went MIA, and Echo and Ying were in a relationship.

Maestro and Smoke are great boxers, they made a deal that if Maestro beats Smoke in boxing rink, He's allowed to leave Rainbow.

Pulse and Hibana had relationship, there's even charm supporting it.

Maestro and Sledge are close friends, they visit eachother from time to time to have family dinner.

Doc and Lion don't like eachother, Doc thinks Lion is too cruel and egocentric.

Jackal is tought to be one of the most mentally unstable members of team Rainbow. That's because in his childhood, He suffered traumatic experience of waking up in a warehouse next to his murdered brother. Jackal is still searching for his brothers murderer. It was inspiration to his gadget Eyenox, which helps to find his targets easily. Now He is obsessed with tought of never letting the target escape.

That's about all that comes to my mind at the moment.

Ok I see most of the well known lore is already taken so here are some random less known one.
Ash dislike Mira , Fuze and Ying mainly because of her personality.
Blackbeard is Vigil trainer and the only person he truly trust.
Montagne and Clash are friends.
Lesion had his first mission with Thatcher and Smoke.
Kapkan and Glaz survived Belsan school siege (notorious hostage killing event of Spetsnaz).
Nomad lost her right ring and middle finger to frostbite.
Vigil want Dokkaebi out of rainbow team
Valkyrie and IQ are online friends.
Caveira is asexual (kept secret).
