STOP PLAYING RANKED, NOOBS

I always do a quick check on people''s level before the match, so that if their levels are low, I can get away with them pretty fast without losing rank. But this still doesn't prevent some 40+ 50+ still noobs guy mixed in. Today, there are two guys, one of them says hes not familiar with the map, another guy says his net is not too good then he dced, and ofc, he got no kills and always died.

Many experienced player lost their rank because of teammates who doesn't do ♥♥♥♥, if you are one of them, dont ♥♥♥♥ing play ranked. This is not a joke, just gtfo and play casual, ranked match is not a playground for you to practice.

Kid, new players, noob, if you still want to play ranked, then be ready to get roast by your teammates for your stupidity


Edit: I'm pretty sure there are plenty of posts about this issue, like most people here said, ranked is somehow broken, even though mm does make you match make with people who are at about the same rank, I was gold last season, and my highest rank this season was silver , however, there were many times like i said, not just the noobs, but also people who dc for no reasons, those matches were like 4v5, or 3v5, this is one of the problem ranked system has. And that's why I got deranked a lot, so I have a higher chance to match make with people who are at low rank/low skills right now.

But back to my point, this is not about being toxic or not, ranked match is not for "fun", it's for competitive gameplay, I won't blame anyone if you tried, however, the people I mentioned above have absolutly no excuse, they are just dragging others down, that is my point. If you are not familiar with the map, bad internet, or think you are a player who can play whatever you want, sure no one can stop you, but you also cant stop others blame you when you play like a noob. You can do more practice in casual, so why not stay away from ranked.

I do not play ranked at all. I mean i tried... i do not know, maybe up to 5 matches, not more. I do not like rules of ranked (for example: you can choose spawn).

Also in ranked is too much tension about ranks. People will shout like crazy on microphone when you are doing something different than they are used to. I'm not fan of hearing some fat kid screaming on microphone "you noob, go there, kill them all, rush now without recon, we must win, i must rank up!!!! You ♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥ you!". Also i do not like idiots who teamkill you because you chose class they do not like for some reason. Such people (paying attention to rank, teamkillers, etc) are the real problem of ranked, not just matchmaking and people with totally different ranks or levels. If you are a douche then you are the one killing this game.

My girlfriend played ranked for much longer than me but she also gave up because of douches and now we both are having tons of fun playing together casual. Still we sometimes face douches but they quit immidietely so this is not a big problem. If we see beginners having difficulties with playing we are trying to politely help them, teach them how to play specific map, specific class, etc.

All you need to remember guys are two basic rules:
1. Games like rainbow six siege are about teamplay and cooperation, not teamkilling because someone chose recruit.
2. We all play games because we like to have fun.
Ok, let's add 3rd one:
3. ♥♥♥♥ ranks and levels, they are useless.
Why? Because if you do not remember about these rules then you are the problem, not other players.

Absolutely incorrect. For some reason placement matches put players with players in gold, plat and even diamond. Placements should only take place and drop you off absolute highest at silver 1.

A special charm you get at the end of the season that reflects the highest rank you achieved that season and bragging rights I guess for people who care.

As a plat 2 it's not really worth it considering it affects my casual matchmaking as well, making it take longer than usual to find a match even at peak times since even though it's casual it will try to match me with other plats and diamonds.

It's fair but makes the matchmaking even more annoying.

Next season I probably won't bother with ranked.

A guy who was a LVL 70 joined us last night, I am sure he checked out our level quickly and thought "no way" and quit. We were in a 4 man squad!!, if only he had of stayed.. we won the match.. LOL. I am a LVL 32 plat 3, 2 others are under LVL 20, and the other is a LVL 42 diamond. smurf's FTW! :)

If people are so PRO why don't they only play with other PRO players skipping matchmaking?
It's like going to a pub alone, sitting at some table with somebody and then complaining for the company. Or you come with your own company or simply do not enter inside the pub.
You can't ask to the other people to don't come inside the pub instead, it's kinda arrogant and childish.

Yes you must play what you like. You could meet both good and bad players. It shouldn't really matter. Unfortunately there are some people in this game community who are kinda "squeamish" for basically no reason. It is possible to invite other players to get better and even make friends.

It brings you matches with people of the same rank. The purpose of rank is to give you games with and against people of your own skill level, so every match is intense and difficult for every player. People who drag players to higher or lower ranks cause upsets in this system, where in a single player is responsible for winning entire matches and such.
