Year 2 Pass not working/activating
I recently bought R6S Year 2 Pass from Steam and it got added to the DLCs (Year 2 Pass and Year 2 Pass Uplay Activation). But when I run the game it doesn't open up any window to put a code in nor does it activate the Pass automatically. When I right click R6S on Steam, it doesn't show the "Show CD key" so I can't access my key (if I even have to activate it that way).
I have also sent a support ticket to Ubisoft on the 22nd of December, but they haven't still answered (I tried to find a way how to send a support ticket to Steam, but I couldn't find a way). I already refunded the Season Pass once but it didn't, and I requested another refund. Also, I can't use my Steam overlay in R6S for some reason so I can't buy it from inside the game either.
Help is greatly appreciated.

When you click on Siege in your library it should have a list of DLC below where achievements show. Right click the SP and copy CD key.

Open the Uplay client and find the redeem product option. Paste the key in.

Did you get the obsidian weapon skin, and/or the carbon fiber 6? Because that, along with 600 renown is all you get for now.

I didn't check my skins or charms after I bought the Season Pass, but don't you get the -10% off bonus, because I didn't have that and I remember my friend having the -10% off bonus

I'm not sure if season 2 discounts started today or not. I've got both season passes because I liked the game, so I can't really tell you.

You should get a bonus per game you play of 5% extra renown for completing a game though.

Did you find any solutions? I have exactly the same problem - I tried contacting Uplay supports, but they dont answer, I even tried phone calls - no answer.

They did eventually answer a few days after this post but it took them like a week and a half to fix the problem and this is what they said in the last message:

"Your account has now been updated with your Season Pass for year 2 in Rainbow Six:Siege.

Please make sure to verify your game files in order to guarantee everything is running accordingly.

- Open the Steam Client
- From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
- Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache button.
- Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
- Once the process is completed, the Check Window will automatically exit."

They apparently did some developer magic and activated the Season pass on my account, but the only thing that I can suggest is to run Steam as an adminstrator (This worked for my friend with the same problem). I didn't try this when I had the problem. If that doesn't work, then probalby the only thing is to wait for the support to answer (Which might take long).
