Taking a long time to load

in pre-lobby it takes like, 2-3 minutes just for it to load and i dont like holding other people, i have tried many things to fix it, and everyeone hasjust told me to get a better computer but i highly doubt that is the case, these are my specs,

GPU: GeForce GTX 1070
Intel Core i7-6700HQ
CPU: 2.60GHz
16GB RAM
1920x1080, 75hz
117 SSD, 1TB hard drive

any help i would GREATLY like
