Can't get out of bronze bracket.

If I play with randoms, I get morons that pick the same selfish operators regaurdless of our need for a mute or thatch and thermite. Those same morons refuse to listen to strategic reason and force me to carry a losing team most of the time.
If I play with my friends, which is hard to do because of all the errors caused by Uplay, I end up getting very little rank reward for every win, because our team rating is much greater.

When will ranks be reset?

As a Diamond player on EU and now Plat 3 on NA (Placed in Gold on both regions after placement matches), It is not impossible to climb on your own.

1. Use your Mic to help your team.

2. Decide which of the below you are:
2a. Accept that your team will probably be bad (Assume all are bad until they prove otherwise) and try to help them with people like valk/doc/rook.
2b. Forget your team and try to spawn-kill or flank the enemy, using your team as bait.


As for the next reset, they tend to Reset when DLC is released to prevent new-ops from ruining things too much, so Mid-Febuary is the next reset.

That's funny, since when i started this season i started from bronze 3, i play only solo without any friends and now im platinum 2, it's not that hard to get out of there.

I under stand what ur saying smitty i run 7-10 kills and 4-5 deaths whist my team is 0 and 4-5 and im a copper 2 they broke the rank sytem a while ago or atleast i feel like they did

If you count me being 1st one of my team ''being carried'' then sure, also if i was carried how can i have positive KD in platinum? When i got to platinum 1-2 then it started to be hard, and not sure if i make it to diamond, but this is the level i belong in.
Reason i started from bronze 3 was because the placement matches went to ♥♥♥♥, since i started playing the game after a 6 month break, but i quickly learned everything again.

But my point is, you can get out of bronze easily if you learn the game enough.

every1 is making a good point here but you can not see at anothers person prospective if u have a bad team and are tying to help them and they wont listen find people who are in ur same situation and que with them

I was really rusty and i lost 8/10 from the placement matches even while being the 1st one of my team and thats why i started from bronze 3, so yes, i know how much it sucks having bad a bad team, but i learned the game again and how i used to play, and got to plat 2 by playing solo, so it is possible to get out.
My point is that bronze is the easiest place where you can carry a whole team if you know how to play, even now in platinum there are some people who have like 12/4 and are carrying full platinum team alone.

Edit: I guess it can be about a luck too, the 2 days i was in bronze at the beginning of the season it was full of trolls, so it can be luck too that you get a team that actually wants to win.

I guess sometimes you get lucky with matchamaking, because the deeper into bronze I fall, the harder it is to carry teams. After a while I just get teamkilled and forced to watch us lose.
