Im getting to much fps???

so 1 day my rainbow6 works fine...250 fps all the time... 1 day i log in and when i click play my whole computer freezes than it puts me into the game, the cut scenes work fine than when i get the the menu it says i have 1000fps and it barley respons(when i hover over something it says 4 seconds for it to light up) i managed to wait 2 minutes to change it to windowed and it worked at 60 fps.... but everytime i go into fullscreen it says 1200fps and looks like 3 litterally

also in game fullscreen i get 150 fps but it looks like 30

Turn down your graphical settings.

its all on low

Maybe your GPU is getting to warm you have to monitor your GPU when your playing

but it works fine on other games

Ok did you check your cpu temp ?, updating your graphic driver ? Also make sure vertical sync and DSR factors turned off in Nvidia control panel
Also your pc specs should be ready to go on highest graphical settings with cool fps!... :)

no idea how to look at cpu temp( all sites look sketchey) drivers are updated, ddr and vsync is off and i know they can go with the best settings i just can even navigate the menu properley
