I don't understand why there are no Middle Eastern operators. I mean, I understand why Africa is not being touched, but the Middle East has Jordan and Israel to pick from.

How would it? Any reasonable person would list Israeli CTUs among the best and the best known in the world. One should expect them to be in the game over Spanish, Polish, Brazilian or freaking Canadian operators.

There doesn't need to be every X Y and Z just to fit your check marks, just like the witcher 3 doesn't need black people, other games don't need every race and gender combo. It's a video game not a company claiming they hire everyone equally.
