For the love of god stop SCREAMING what you are doing so EVERYONE across the map hears your character.

enemies can't hear your voice lines
if your character goes 'aah my body' when they get downed or something you hear that but nothing like 'I'm doing xyz!'

When the game first came out the enemy could hear your voices...IQ was bad.

I was Hidden outside and Chucked a Drone(with my guy screaming) I made sure it landed somewhere out of sight and not near the entrance (so he didnt see where I threw it from) and he just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sprinted out and shot me before My guy could finish his sentence.

So you threw a drone (which makes noise) and equipped your phone (which makes noise)... and the enemy heard that. I don't see what's the issue here. Everything you do in this game makes some kind of noise that the enemy can hear. If you're in a 1v1 with the enemy just behind the wall you are next to, and you equip your camera, then of course he's going to rush you. You made yourself an easy target.

It was the night club map near the ruins on the balcony next to the rocks (the one that isnt elevated on the building) Just closer to the little hill next to the ruins the guy ran out and hoped over and murdered me

I have been rush killed by spawn peakers and rushers a few times now. Its not all that rare. Doesnt mean they are cheating, just using a super offensive tactic on defense and its working for them.

The only voice line the defenders can hear is the "breach" voice line caused by an attacker detonating a breaching charge. Otherwise, teams can't hear each other. Granted, the breach thing might be a bug.
