Roaming as Doc/Rook can be effective because no one expects it, but it's kind of a meme thing to do

2/2 Defender with a shotgun is now Kapkan. Never roam with doc though, because then oyou can't revive your team.

3 speed 1 armor are best for roaming. Jager, pulse are both base game roamers.

He's not the best for roaming but you can make it work, a friend i play with is diamond and mains doc roaming so he can pick himself up and for the acog
You just have to roam a little different, don't think you can sneak up on people unless you're playing at silver or under where no one seems to have any sound at all

Roaming Doc can surpise a team real bad, His machine guns are both great surpise weapons as well and if he has Rook armor and the ability to overheal himself he'll be a formidable opponet.

But you can't actually roam as Doc since the other 4 junkies on your team will be asking for med's the entire time and giving away your position so it's often just far better for you to be a stay at home Spec-op.

So unless you have a well lubed team that likes outside the box tactics you should use other ops that are better at it like Cav Jaeger Bandit Kapkan and Rook.

If you have a strat to roam with someone else. Be their backup. Then docs fine.
