can't get my weapon skin pack

i bought a racer 23 weapon skin bundle.it installed but i can't find my weapon skins in the game.please help......

If you bought it on Steam, simply go on your game library, click on your game once and try to find your dlc on the DLC section of the game. You should see a little box maybe he is checkmark but if not, checkmark it.

i chechmarked it brother. but still can't find weapon skins in loadout.but thanks for your help..
