Why do I always get headshotted?

I've taken screenshots every single time I die for the last week.
And 90% of the time I die by headshots. I've had this for months now.
I can't get alot of kills just because of this problem. I mainly play Pulse and Buck.
Anybody have this problem? Like I honestly don't know why this keeps happening.

Wrong. EU is super easy to rank up in. Take two of my newbie friends for example, they're both below level 50 and plat 3 in EU. I can't even get out of gold 1 in NA.
