Does that excuse anything? Why is the answer always - to beat it you must become it? Being the one to peek first isn't always an option. Of course I can sit there and prestrafe all day long to reduce the advantage, but come on... is that the kind of gameplay players should settle for?
Of course this cannot be 100% solved, but whatever can be done, should be done to reduce the impact and possibilty.
I didn't mean that in terms of getting a high ping, but rather being forced into the same kind of playstyle. Of course peeking and prefiring are very important things to master, but holding angles shouldn't be made impossible by technical issues, don't you think?
Also just because most people cannot take full advantage of it, doesn't mean it's ok imo. In the end I believe players should aspire to be as good at the game as they can. Ultimately you wont get around these issues like that.
High ping players can enter a room, look around quickly and kill you before you could even see them.
Same with corners and other similar situations.
That's it.
