Skins and outfits resetting to default regularly

Sometimes weapon skins and operator outfits resets to default so i have to go through each and every one of them to set them back. This has been happening for a long time now and i know other players have experienced this issue aswell, is this something being looked at yet?

Please try deleting the local save for the game which by default is located here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\<uplayid>\1843

All the weapon and operator unlocks are stored online so you would only lose settings, loadouts and progress through Situations by deleting this save.

This did not work after all, i finished a ranked match with no connection issues and as soon the match is over and i am in the match overview screen it suddenly says "lost connection to ubisoft servers" even though the connection was still there and i could talk to other in-game players. But everytime this happens all my skins resets to default, making me go through the hassle of going into each and every operator to put the skins and outfits back to enabled. This is getting really tiresome, surely there must be a fix for this?

ubicrap, why dont you ask the guy to pay you extra for fixing this problem? This is what you normally do :D.

Well bot or not
the problem's still hot
and i feel like a dot
in this customer service plot
for a game that i bought
cause the bug's still not swat
and the solution i got
was all for naught
so i think developers ought
to fix this bug on the spot
not just for me, but the lot
so we all dont have to go into each and every operator all the time to set all the proper outfits and skins back in their proper places yet again. Surely ubisoft don't pay you devs with baht?

I did that, just once, and this happened to me.

because this game broken, always has been, I started playing operation health,and this bug still happening. I can't say anything to ubisoft, just they are not care about this game.
