Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege

Navy Seal's Desert Eagle
I get the Desert Eagle is a power pistol to handle but, how did Valkyrie and BlackBeard get accepted by the Navy Seals, if they can't even handle the desert eagle's recoil. Sure some civlians cant handle it but a strong Navy Seal shouldnt have a problem with the power of the pistol. I think the desert eagle needs a nerf on damage (71 - 61 or 51) or Reduce the firerate and recoil buffed to balence it. I actually handled a desert eagle myself in Texas (yes we are doing fine) and the deagle for myself, it isnt that bad. Sure maybe if you run with it, but using the deagle in real life is like handling the revolver in siege. After like a 10-12 shots, my hand started to hurt ALOT. If a Soldier holds it, he or she can handle few more shots than me. All and all, The desert eagle needs a buff on recoil otherwise they are a disgrace to the Navy Seals corp.

Would rather a 2nd pistol option mk23 or sig 226 for example. Deagle can stay as a hollywood prop for all I care.
Its seen no service anywhere in any armed forces as far as I know and owes any commercial success to the 500 odd movies and games that have used it.

If anyone knows anything about firearms then you would know that you need to accept the recoil of the weapon if you try to force it in a different direction it would throw your aim off...

Pretty sure Valkyrie being a NS is fiction, as there is yet to be a confirmed report of a female able to pass all the mandatory NS recruitment tests in reality.

The point is, while I understand the DE does have a tremendous amount of recoil and someone suggests that we should work on our fire rate manually to compensate the recoil, every other operator in the game is offered a high fire rate secondary weapon that has good accuracy and the NS is stuck with none. Don't want that LFP556 revolver playing the GIGN? Fine choose the semi-auto pistol instead. The NS desperately needs a Beretta M9.

I totally forgot that there is no history of a Navy Seal female operator. Then again Ubisoft wants 1 female and 1 male on each side like all the DLC ops have (Idk why). M9 was used by the BOPE Operators. Then again from 2nd post, the MK23 or glock 19 would be best for them.

Sig Saur P226 is standard issue for seal.

This isn't to say a SEAL couldn't use a .50 DE proficiently if forced to...
