I really need help with port forwarding for this game.

I have a Zhone 6729-W1 router, I have no idea how to port forward, I can get into the console to edit the router but it says nothing about ports or port forwarding.

Open CMD, type in 'ipconfig', then find where it says 'Default gateway', then copy the IP address and paste it into google URL, and it should take you to the routers login page, sign in (default username is 'admin', and password is password, or admin. then go to the port forwarding tab, and then google 'R6 SEIGE PORT FORWARDING', and follow the steps from there

the thing is, i've done all that, my ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ISP makes me use a router from the stone age and there is no port forwarding options or menus to speak of, closest thing I have seen after researching is "NAT" and "Virtual Servers" and the information that i get for R6 Siege port forwarding cannot be entered there.
