I can't mute some people's voice chat anymore?

even if i turn voice chat volume to 0 i can still hear other people yelling in their mics, it is really annoying when these people don't give any usefull callouts especially when you want to listen for footsteps and such. I can't seem to remember it was like this a few weeks ago

Click on their name when you presse tab, then click on mute

I figured it out. There's a mic next to the person's name when you hold tab.click it to mute them
