i downloaded the game and played it and got around 90fps all time on the ULTRA Settings!

yes you can run with 4gb ram, just at a lower setting

It is free right now, why don't you try it for yourself? I posted something like this for another game and everyone said "no, no way you can run it.". And guess what, it turned that I can run it even on High settings with 60 fps constantly.

you are wrong mostly no problem but in r6 oh boy virtual memory was kicking in alot at 8gb ram without anything ram hungry in background

My bad, don't get salty child. I thought he meant VRAM cause who in their right mind games with 4gb of ram? You need 16gb for gaming, 8gb isn't enough anymore, lots of triple A games are using 6-7gb of ram now, 16gb is to just be on the safe side.

he dont respond anymore i told him same he said something about "stealing bandwith" from other users i give him info how to limit download bandwithin steam he might be downloading now

lol Running 4gb of ram here along with a decade old Q6700, 50-60fps with a 750ti with the occaisional dip to 40.

You can run it as long as your 4 gigs of ram is fast and you're on form with running minimal background processes, ssd with the page file on it would help also
