Penalty for leaving in CASUAL

This should exist. I'm tired of both leavers or being thrown into a 0-1 match where "my" team is losing, with one one operator left vs five enemies, so it's 99% 0-2 match.
Or better yet, throw me at the last second of picking an operator where I can't even pick anyone - boom, recruit.
Or throw me right after the operator chosing, so I'm not participating, but have to wait through the whole round to play.

There should be a penalty for leaving EVEN IN CASUAL.

Or turn off joining into ongoing matches in casual.

No. Casual is there for a reason, to practice without consequences. You shouldn't be able to harm other players, but you should be able to freely leave whenever you want. Ranked is different, if you leave in ranked, it causes a lot of problems with your team, since they have to play 4v5. If you leave in casual, someone else can easily join in as your replacement.

Plus on casual you can be placed with diamonds or plats which is no fun so you can just leave if you don't have fun.

The "replacement" is the problem here.

I want to play the full game, with all the rounds, starting with 0-0 score. From the beginning.

Not join a match where the score is 0-1, only ONE teammate left against full enemy team because "my" team died and 1-3 of them left. So the chances of this one guy to win are minimal. And it is basically a 0-2 match already.

sorry, just got the game, so if i sound like an idiot, sorry sir! but casual means its for causual kinds of people, people who dont want to play with eachother for hours, but for short amounts of time. ejoy your day, and carry on.

Sure. When the enemy team is mostly lvl 150+, while your team is now with mostly free weekend players due to this retarded system that adds players when someone left. And these people can't even listen to simpliest of tips. Like... Enemy is ABOVE. What "above" means? Look up! But nope. They look in the corners. "omg who's shooting me?"

If you care so much about leavers, play ranked. There is a penalty there.
