Lost alpha pack content, skin is not in inventory

Opened a pack between matches, just before i was about to open it i got sent into the game. When the match finished a pop-up infobox informed me that the skin "waves" or something like that was added to my inventory and that i could use it for the S.A.S weapons, however the skin is not available and it tells me i gotta purchase it like any other skin.

Now i'm not a fan of buying skins, i think it is a waste of renown points, however i do like free sh*t and would want to know if anyone else has encountered this bug.

Just had the same thing happened to me. Just as I was about to open the pack, my game started. I received a notification after the game that I unlocked the Chameleon skin, but it doesn't appear under owned skins for any of the pistols it works with.

Hey, turns out i didn't lose it after all, i unlocked the skin for only a single weapon for a single operator, so after going through each and every operator and their guns i found it at last for a gun i never use, maybe the same has happened to you.

If you obtain a skin out of an alpha pack it is only for the weapon shown in the alpha pack.

Black ice skin for the Magnum Sidearm, every Gign op
Black ice skin for the F2, only twitch

It is possible to obtain universal skins aswell, but they seem to be more rare
