After 1 hour of research, I have found a solution that may not be definitive, but it will help to avoid delaying so much at least not for me.
1.- Go to Regedit
2.- Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Avalon.Graphics \
3.- If the file DisableHWAcceleration exit, change the value to 1 and if you the file not exist, create it and set it to 1
4.- Open Rainbow Six and activate the V-Sync in 1 Frame.

This will help you not to delay the audio much, to me with 1 frame was delayed a bit but with this I just did not delay almost nothing.
