Game won't open (says running, syncing, then stops)

This problem began not to long ago. I've tried to open it through UPlay, I've reinstalled both UPlay and Siege and still not opening. My brother, who I share the PC with stated one of his applications is having the same problem. Any help could be greatly appricated. Thank you and have a nice day.

I've also searched around and noticed people have this problem with other games in the past.

Sorry for such a late reply, I apologize. My brother and I share a PC and he actually ended up getting it to work. He messed around for a couple hours and eventually he discovered a corruption in our system 32. He went to windows c plus plus, and he downloaded and thing and instead of installing he hit repair. He said there are a lot of guides on the internet to how to use if you google it. Sorry it's not very detailed description. I've dug around and it seems there are different problems that can cause this. Best of luck on fixing it and have a good one man.

I didn't download or change anything but for some reason its now working. Sorry, but I have no reason for this it just started working.

One thing I've found is go into Task manager than go into processes, and end it. Worked for me
