How do I get black ice skin for every weapon?

I opened alpha pack and i got it for twitch's dmr, I also have season pass for both year's how can i get the skin for all possible weapons? thanks :)

You can't. It isn't a universal weapon, you can only open it for one weapon at a time. You could also only buy it for one weapon when it was out. It was never a universal skin to begin with.

seasonal right? meaning chimera skins will also return?

Almost most Seasonal Skins never returns and never seen again even from the Alpha Packs. Even Event Season Weapon Skins. Example the Valentine Skin never return for this Year Valentine Event.

I would love to get it for any rifle tbh, I have only gotten Black Ice for P9 pistol and 5.7 USG pistol.

You can’t get this for Chimera operators. The latest operators that’s you can unlock them for buck and frost.
