Mouse Input Lag

When I play the game, my mouse will be very laggy. I will go to look left, and instead of the sight smoothly moving across the screen it will move a bit then freeze and then it will jump to the left a bit and it repeats this process. I have VSync off, aim assist off, and have tried all the youtube videos I have found, yet can't find a fix. Really annoying making it impossible to even have fun in the game.

Dude I had this problem too. I fixed it buy buying a decent mousepad, and a 7200 dpi gaming mouse. its bc your mouse is sometimes not detecting movement becuase its on a rough surface, or the surface is just wrong (this means its a ♥♥♥♥ mouse)

Not the mouse only happens in RB6 and osmetimes it doesn't even happen. Randomly it will start happening

its your computer. I've tried every fix, it is due to your GPU not having enough vram to proccess the game smoothly. Get a better GPU

i dont even get it when ppl say that turn on vsync to this.what vsync does is eliminates screen tearing at the cost of increased input lag.
I had the same issue for months, finally decided to upgrade to windows10, since then the input lag is gone for me.

I've actually came to the conclusion that it's your CPU causing the lag, as when I put the RainbowSix.exe priority to "Low" in the task manager, it help's the mouse lag..

download "nvidiainspector" -> run ths program ->looking "start profile inspector" ->looking for "sync and refresh" -> "Frame Rate Limiter" 60.7

Качаешь короче "nvidiainspector", далее запускаешь её. Находишь кнопку "start profile inspector". Далее чуть ниже находишь подзаголовок "sync and refresh" и под ней находишь "Frame Rate Limiter" и выставляешь 60.7 фпс.
В радуге ставишь на весь экран(!). Убираешь "вертикальную синхронизацию" и всё. Можешь играть.
