Rook Armor.....
It counters every operator and gimps Glaz horribly(armor lets you take an extra shot which is life or death for a Glaz). Perhaps Glaz should negate the armor so rook actually has a counter in terms of damage. Its a sniper rifle no reason why this shouldnt be a thing.

Fixes ideas:

1: Make Glaz ignore its effects(meaning against 1 armor its a 2 shot kill not 3 w rook armor)

2:Make Rook armor just garentee a dbno state(this one is more severe)

not really mate. first of all people aim for head shots regardless and second of all, as glaz you should be too. and follow up shots aren't hard. I do like your gurrentee DBNO idea though, Makes doc/rook a lot better.
I mean then again I am a noob so what do I know? Maybe your idea of glaz ignoring rook armour is a good idea.

Same but it makes sense. Majority of players aim for the head in this game, and headshots are 1 hit kill reguardless of your armour level.

Lemme clear up something for you guys on why gGaz should ignore rook armor.Glaz chains shots together on the body he has a slow firing dmr so normally "going for headshots" isnt pratical you have to be very flexible on when to go for headshots and when to go for bodyshots. But when a target is strafing of barely sticking out you mostly go for bodyshots. Rook in terms of a 1 v 1 against a high lvl Jager vs a High lvl Glaz gives jager a huge advantage when instead of 2 shots it takes 3 to kill or down him and for a slow firing class that is a big deal.

have you played recently? just an fyi, but glaz has gotten a fire rate buff. Anyways I'm no expert. Maybe glaz's buffed fire rate isn't enough and you do have the right idea.

Glaz really isn't supposed to be going up 1 on 1 though. He's a support role, and when he enters the house, one would be smart in having another operator with him at all times. One shot from him on the enemy operators can make for an easy kill for your team-mates.

perhaps. IDK.

I main Glaz and Rook/Doc. I honestly can't get behind buffing Glaz or a nerf to the Armor. I regularly get headshot as glaz, and if I dont, it's usually pretty easy to chain shots together, especially with the no recoil/fire rate buff. As for the armor, 10% damage reduction really isn't much, but the DBNO guarantee can be life saving (literally).

I like OP's DBNO idea

I'd also like to point out, rook's armor is supposed to stop a .357 Magnum from 3 meters. It can relatively easily handle a 7.62mm from a fairly good distance away (even if that round can penetrate UHMPWE).
