The only other record of this bug I could find are when people Torrent games... so....

You have problems with the Uplay service and the C ++ library, you need to update all the libraries and install the game again, here’s a short guide for you how to do it https://wikidll.com/ubisoft/uplay_r1_loader64-dll

I know this is a very old thread. But i just got this error and I have reinstalled Uplay, Rainbow, i even tried inserting the file myself but i can't get it to work. I can't get Rainbow to launch from anything. Can someone help?
