Increase the voice chat volume?
Many times when my teammates actually talk, they sound really quiet, is there a way to increase the volume?

Do it in options? IF that is already full up. It's because their threshold is either too high, or they adjusted their mic volume too low

But then i cant really hear footsteps unless i raise the overall volume, which then makes my discord friends volume way too loud.

umm, u can individually adjust your friends output volume on discord.
