Problem with sensitivity ingame
Hi everyone,
I started R6S not so long ago and I really enjoyed it so far.
BUT I have a problem with my sensitivity ingame. It is often reduced, and not smooth at all. I have V-Sync disabled.
So far, the only way to fix this problem is to put R6S in low priority in the task manager, which causes the game to not be always smooth. Did somebody have this problem and know how to fix it ?

ur fps in game?

What do you mean by "sensitivity ingame" ? In-game Mouse sensitivity or Framerate ?
Whine Jan 26, 2017 @ 7:53am
I mean mouse sensitivity. It is the first time this kind of problem appears in a game for me.
My FPS goes from 70 to 140, usually around 90/100 I would say

Do you experience pixel skipping ?
Some thing like this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16CI_Qdhpaw

What Mouse do you have and what is your DPI when playing ?

I don't notice pixel skipping no.
I play with 800DPI and I have a Steelseries Rival
It looks like it is worse at the beginning of the game, even if i have 100+ fps

I can't find the problem, and it is the only game I have this kind of problem.
Sensitivity is one of the worst problem because my aim is not constant at all ...

same problem , is like laggy when you moove the mouse slowly , is like small jumps and no smooth
jwey Jan 27, 2017 @ 5:07pm

I maybe find the problem, it could be caused by the anti-aliasing. Try to put it to at least MSAA x2. Your FPS should be a bit lower but it seems to fix the problem.

Nם. Actually MSAA is the most impact heavy on FPS. Temporal Filtering is the best option imho. Have you tried testing it with other mice ? Different DPI/Sensitivity settings ?
I have the EXACT same problem as jwey and denis the monkey, have you found any solution on the problem?

its probably your frames. Is it like you feel there is a slight delay with the controls? If v-sync is disable then your frame rate is probably low. Disable all high end graphics settings and see if the controls are more responsive. Mine feels good at around 90 and flawless at 100+.

i almost always have around 120+ fps, it runs smooth but then after 1-3 matches the bug kicks in. then the sensitivity lowers and it gets laggy. there is no delay it's just the complete opposite of smooth, the mouse can stop and teleport to the direction i'm moving my mouse..

I seem to find the problem : the cpu usage is too high, causing sensitivity issues. The only way to fix this issue is to cap my fps to something to 70/80 fps, so the cpu is less used
