Nope, would be unbalanced.

Honestly I wouldn't mind it for casual. Console clearly has a lot more players and sometimes waiting 5 minutes for a casual game just to vs the same people over and over (especially later in the night) gets kind of repetitive.

However, from a competitive stand point: No. PC has been proven time and time again that it is the superior platform for FPS. Full wrist movement allows for MUCH greater accuracy even with aim assist on consoles.
