What is the best one for accurate shooting?

Well it isn't less recoil, it's just less visible since you aren't zoomed. Acog is definitely better.

flash hider is better for small bursts. acog is the best sight, period.
that is..if you want to see ♥♥♥♥. if you're comfortable blind, use any other sight.

If you can control recoil, ACOG just gives straight-up BETTER vision. You can see much farther away, which is undeniably useful. As I said, the recoil is the same regardless of which you use, thr ACOG simply gives more clear vision as to what's going on.

I use Flash hider for the barrel as it reduces vertical recoil more.

You said accurate shooting, so I suppose you aren't going to shoot fully auto, only on emmergencies, burst shooting at most times, am I correct? In that case, if you want less recoil, go with Flash Hider, or even Muzzle Brake if you single shot a lot. If you can manage the recoil just fine without them, maybe you can go with Extended Barrel, for less damage drop (for the cases you can't get an headshot). In my case, I use the extended barrel, even with the ACOG I don't find the recoil that much to deal with, and since I'm not the best aimer for getting headshots, the more damage it can do, the better for me.

I would use the EB too, but it only increases damage by one or two points at the most. FH is the way to go, imo
