Shield ops are now useless again, nitro cells are bugged

They're now able to be killed by one single nitro cell yet again. Thanks Ubi for making shield ops useless once more.

Nitro cells can now kill you through your shield when placed infront of you (on some occasions) even when your shield is fully covering you. They also get guaranteed kills when placed anywhere behind you (which is understandable to some extent), it feels as if the shield "flak armor" buff has been completely removed.

With the amount of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it brings up, (evidence being this thread an the other hundreds out there) I say Ubisoft should remove Nitro cells from MP. Terrorist Hunt is fine because it provides a challenge of sorts. But it just pisses people off.

There really is no way to counter them either except for shields which is why Montagne is a thing. But it doesn't surpirse me that something in this game is bugged enough to cause this many people, as Revan claims, problems. It isn't the first time the game has had issues with something like this. *cough* servers *cough* Blitz hitboxes *cough*.

Well I mean you can't really retort because there really is no reason for them being in the game.

Upclose full shield open ( Montagne ) always take 25 damage from c4
Blitz and other op with shield are depends the direction u facing

op probably get killed when the c4 is get thrown behind him / facing the wrong direction or he think the shield is god tier that when he is low hp and still think he could tank the c4 blast

Well I mean you can't really retort because there really is no reason for them being in the game.

I rarely comment on things where Delta is concerned simply because he trolls all the threads. the nitro cell is the defender's counter to grenades. Its more powerful but has limited throw range and requires remote detonation. As for the issue with the shield, shields in the game are buggy to begin with. Alot of times the shields glitch out or extend away from the player losing the defense it provides and at other times people can glitch through you and melee you from behind. What probably happened is that a bug or glitch occured and the game thought the shield was not facing the blast and so it register as a full explosion. Impact nades however can easily get behind any shield and take out the user, if a Montagne is dumb enough to stand still in a doorway i can drop them right to the side of his shield and they will land right beind it. It still takes about 2 to down but hey it works.
