R6 Credits Question

I'm planning on purchasing $34.99 worth of R6 credits for the Year 1 operator bundle and some other stuff, but ive been seeing numerous posts about people purchasing R6 credits and it wasnt being added to their account.

Has this problem been fixed? Are people getting the R6 credits that they purchased? Or is nobody still not getting their credits?

well still 2 days without my credits , so i recommend you not to buy it , i spended 20euros still no response from support and no credits

my support ticket took about 3 weeks to resolve, I too got the 34.99 credit but the reason is didnt go through was entirely my fault. Other times i purchased smaller amounts they went through instantly.

It can take up to a few weeks to get it, kinda depends.

Thats really dumb, why doesnt it come right when you buy it? Ive bought in-game currency on other games before, and it got transferred to my account in less than 10 minutes.

Some people use Paypal too, which it loves to withhold transactions 'for your own security'.

Also try to not microtransact during a new Ubisoft game launch week. Its servers usually go to hell during those periods.

i've bought only twice, from within the game I could pay with my steam wallet so I did. never had a problem. they appeared almost instantly.

don't know the circumstances of those that dont get their credits...they never say where they got them or what they paid with or anything

if you want to save a bit of cash, you can actually still buy the season pass 1 from Amazon for $30. Its a Uplay key but you can activate the uplay key with the steam version via their Uplay app. http://a.co/cvSopgP

I was planning on buying the year 1 ops + defenders ops bundle since i have the starter edition and im not feeling like grinding 200 hours for the vanilla ops.

Ubisoft shouldn't get money on top for what they had done with the grinding time. (evenfor non starter edition) the game is mainly fullprice game..
It's just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for the casual average user experience. That don't spend much time.
(you need around 25-30~ Hours average to unlock 1 Single DLC Operator)
(without boosts or bonus event)
Instead they try to "convince" people to buy Season Pass or R6-Credits and ingamestuff.
(Other would say manipulate since "modern" human is often infected with a desease called impatience (they sell boost) which actually leads people to buy Season Pass and other stuff which gives a little advantage over other in this case with a variety of possible picking Operators. In exchange for money.
And it depends on how much money they made, they may create new content in that order Visual Gimmicks,Operators,Maps.)
Sure you can reach it with just playing too but the total amount of playtime needed is insane.
Not a problem for Hardcore Gamer but for casual.

But thats just my opinion why i will never buy again a Ubisoft Product. R6:S will be my last one. And it was the first one in the last 10 years. (But i will play the most out of the game (paid money)

Don't get me wrong the game is fun and solid.
BUt still suffer from Typical Ubisoft Policy Problems.
They didn't really changed so far compared to their past.

The Free Content is a Marketing bait in a specific way, since Ubisoft is playing with the Patience of the people. Season Pass of R6:S is most of the time a Topseller in Steam. (which also include the micro if i'm not wrong.)

I was just gonna buy the year 1 ops cuz of 43% discount which makes it cheap af, and maybe a booster or 2...

Thats the fear, some say they havent got it, others say they got theirs almost instantly, its like 50/50. if money-hungry-soft wants money so bad, how they expect to get more $$$ if their system literally doesnt work?

yeah it depends i know lots of people that have it work fine, but me personally I've bought it last week and haven't recieved it so I've constantly been talking to live support rather waiting on an email. Everytime they tell me to wait longer as it's out of their hands. The guy I talked to today said atleast 3-5 more days, and honestly if I had known this i would have for sure not purchased R6 credits and just played the game with the base operators and unlocking the few I actually wanted to play like Caviera and Buck
