Sensitivity Issue - Mouse lag
It seems to be after the recent update or at least as of recently, sometimes when I play on certain maps my mouse sensitivity in game drops significantly even though it's at the correct setting. This seems to happen whenever the FPS drops frequently in game and looking around just feels jittery when moving the mouse left to right. However on situations and terrorist hunt the sensitivity is fine, just MP it occurs. For example I've got my sens at 90 90 50 with the 0.00223 multiplier so that a full swipe of my mouse pad does a 360 turn in game, I will be able to do this 360 in an offline game mode such as a situation but not multiplayer, when playing on multiplayer I can barley do a 180 sometimes with the same settings. It feels like my character is proning and I'm getting that same sensitivity in other words. This video displays what it looks like but will not be able to show what it feels like (first video is NOT mine) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XfUAJCufi6Q&ab_channel=AAYMFAAYMFM
Edit: Made a quick video to show my perspective on the issue, read the description to understand what i'm trying to show in the video if unsure. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I4WmvkbVjZ8&ab_channel=xJoshx77

i switched to borderless, it helps but you still get it here and there.
I had sensitivity issues like this and the solution for me was changing the polling rate of my mouse from 1000hz to 500hz. I hope it helps.

I changed from windows 7 to windows 10 and it fixed it completely - I don't play the game anymore though so not sure if there's another issue
any fix?

Changing to windows 10 fixes it
Vertical Sync seems to fix it
