Can't use AKI NO TSURU or OBSIDIAN weapons skins with new operators
Is this supposed to be the case or is there bug or something?

its supposed to be the case with the aki no tsuru, but not with obsidian i think

Hmm...but it said "Once unlocked, the Universal Weapon Skins can be equipped on any weapons." when i bought Tsuru skin. Just like it says now when you look at El Dorado, Chupinazo and other season 5 skins. There is no mention that those skins would not be usable with future weapons.

The only universal skins that are forward compatible are the gemstone skins, the seasonal skins work on the guns that exist when the skins are released.

Yeah it seems so but funny thing is that they don't mention that when you are buying those skins. They are even listed in same group with other universal skins that you CAN you on future weapons also like those single color skins. It only says that you can use then on ANY weapons. That is false advertisement. I'm glad i didn't buy R6 points with real money to buy that Tsuru skin :)

Well that's one bad attitude to have :D Something is wrong or misrepresented so you just "deal with it"? That is not how things get corrected or changed in life. Maybe you will understand it some day ;)

i noticed this "bug" too, but Ubi's representative said on reddit that it was "intentional". I SERIOUSLY do hope that it will be changed, because this decision looks like a dirty anti-consumer trick.

Yeah it would be nice if consumers would not have to look this information from reddit or forums but it would say so in the shopping page when you are actually buying it :D
