Remove black bars?
My computer isn't great, so the only way I can get 60+ fps is if I turn down my res... a lot.. and I noticed that it made the screen a lot smaller, and it really annoys me. Any help?

Sadly, that IS a resolution problem, the game tries to adapt to your monitor the best it can, if the res you had to set to get enough fps isn't compatible with your monitor, it'll add these bars to fill the space.
Only solutions are:
-Upgrade your PC so you can play the game properly, like I will.
-Get a different monitor compatible with that really low res you got
-And lastly, the one I'd recommend the most, google resolutions that are compatible with your computer's default, then use them. It also helps with perfomance since your pc won't have to put extra efford adapting the game for an incompatible resolution.

Thanks Voro! I have tried using a resolution that is compatible with my monitor, and I received the same effect. When I say black bars, I mean it, almost 3/4 of my screen is just black, it's like playing in the screen of an I pad.

Did you try with different screen ratios? Widescreen letterbox? these might do the trick

Go to Nvidia control panel> Adjust Desktop size and position and switch Scaling to Full screen. This worked for me :D
