Walk up to it and hit V (Or whatever your melee key is) when you're basically right on top of it, it takes like three hits to destroy.

have you tried to destory them have you heard of people hitting wire with bullets have you heard of peopel cutting wires with knifes. Try a knife instead

you have to hit it in the middle either that or any explosive can destroy them

You have to melee it 2 or 3 times to destroy it,but sledgehammers or grenades work just as well.

You just need to punch it, and its pretty generous as to where. If you hit inbetween two you can usually get it to count as two hits for both and take them out at the same time
Also sledge's sledge can one hit them
