How to walk slo in Rainbow 6? (pc)

I have see it a lot of players do it in rainbow 6, walking slow. And afther 200 hours in rainbow i was asking mezelf: How do they do that? If you know how to walk slow in Rainbow 6 for the pc than: Please let me know by leaving a comment! Thx for your ansers!

default it is the alt button. you can set it, along with a variety of functions in the game, to either hold or click. I use click on everything like leaning and movement because it frees up my fingers for other functions. I use it on occasion, its good for getting around silently especially when you know someone is nearby. Got me a clutch holding down defense against a better team when mine were all newbs. We lost the match but i atleast won us a round there.

Alt by default but i changed to to 3 on my keyboard so now i can do it withough taking my eyes off the screen. I use my mouse wheel to change weapons.
