Philip "Clever" Lough is a Rainbow Six Siege player who got accused of cheating for being too good

According to this youtuber (FragHero), who made a list of gamers being accused of being cheaters because they are "too good", Clever is one of them, and he believes that the "accusations" are false.

Mind you that this video was made this year, a month ago. I can't tell whether he is out of touch with the Rainbow Six Siege competitive scene or whether he, and others, believe that Clever was innocent.
