Heartbeat Sensor Wont work
Help, I was playing as pulse and there was an open window and I had my heartbeat sensor out. It did not scan the enemy and I was killed. Why is this? I had it out on time.

Was there an Emp Explosion Nearby ?
Because Thatcher can disable Pulses Scanner for a short period of time.

Literally any CTM match. And also, if you think pulse needs a buff you are a special kind of stupid. He can see enemies who are 9 meters away through walls.
