[Fixed] Alt-Tab Game Freezing PC Bug

Sometimes when I Alt-Tab into the game, especially on a loading screen, the game just freezes up. My entire PC freezes up, I cannot do anything and I have to turn my PC off and on. It has become a big problem, occuring many times a day now. My PC specs are on my steam profile and I play borderless. I'm pretty sure it's a bug but no-one else has experienced it.

Edit: The problem eventually got worse until I constantly had high CPU usage and everything was laggy. So I reset windows 10 and reinstalled all my programs BUT Nvidia drivers (that came with Nvidia shadowplay). It solved the problem for me so it could be the same for you.

Yes, I have had this bug a few times on fullscreen mode. Have not found a way around it, except for restarting your PC. The only real fix would be to run the game in bordless mode (Which is odd that this doesn't work for yourself)

I have had this issue on border less as well, haven't found a fix either just spending significantly less time browsing the internet...

I have the same bug for the last 1-2 weeks and it's the only game i got it. I thought its the overclock at first but it can't be cause i have it for a long time. It must be a bug because it never crashes for me if u just press windows key to change window and not alt+tab. But this thing is annoying

Do you have Skype? It is one of many programs that can cause issues like you describe.

I have same problem with all games.. Use borderless instead of FS

Why do you keep pressing alt enter then?

Why do you keep pressing alt enter then?

It will freeze everytime when you go to desktop or any other programms than R6

This is the most stupid question i've ever seen. Why do YOU alt tab ? Do you just close current game to read message / change song / check task manager or other ♥♥♥♥♥ ?

Dude ur stupid. my question is related to his problem. i will explain it do you as easy as possible. He knows that the game will most likely crash and he is still pressing it sometimes. and then i asked him for what reason he is doing that, and if he wants to open a programm he should have done it before starting the game,.

I am playing in windowed mode (edit: borderless mode) and also I didn't originally have this problem in my first 0-250 Hrs, only 250-300Hrs (now) and no I don't have skype open when I play. I often watch Youtube while loading in the game or while I'm dead (only in casual)

Why windowed ? Why dont you use borderless?

Try disabling any screen capture stuff like Windows Game Bar and ShadowPlay, I think that might of fixed it for me? Either that or I'm just having a lucky spell of it not crashing.
