Anyone else getting stutters with this?

Hi, can't achieve a consistent frame rate.. I even lowered from 4K to 1440P and capped at 72FPS (half my 144 hz panel) with RTSS and it still stops and jerks every say 10 seconds, It only drops to mid 60's but it's the micro stuttering that is the issue.
It's making it very unpleasant to play the game. I haven't had an issue like this since Mini Ninjas, although at least there's a fix for that one.
My GPU usage is only at 15% with everything maxed out at 1440P and 30% at 4K, and CPU usage is very low. I am not sure what to do. This is an exhilarating game that I played on Switch, but have been quite excited since I double dipped, to play the PC version at a higher resolution and frame rate, as the style of gameplay really benefits from a higher FPS.

What is the PS5 resolution and FPS for this one? It may just be worth getting it again when on sale and playing on the big screen, if I can't fix the windows version.
Or xbox series x?

As long as it's at least 1440P and 60 FPS I am happy with that. The switch version at 30FPS was not ideal.

Hmmm, I added the exe file to Defender and it seems to have fixed it. Must have been a constant scanning issue.
