I’m currently working on a new project, so development on CombatBox will be temporarily paused.

There are a few reasons for this. The engine I chose for CombatBox felt a bit too heavy for what I wanted to achieve. I’ve already rebuilt the project once within Unreal Engine because the code got too messy, but switching over to Unity now doesn't feel like the right move. Most importantly, I’ve felt a strong urge to build something fresh.

My new project is a sandbox game (think Garry's Modgmod) designed with a focus on easy modding. Please keep in mind that the concept or direction could change, and the release date won't be anytime soon.

Thank you for playing. If you find any bugs in CombatBox, please report them on our official Discord. Future updates for CombatBox will focus on bug fixes rather than new content.

Also, if any of you are interested in modding CombatBox, feel free to deconstruct/tear into the game files and enable mod support yourselves. I’d be thrilled to see what the community can do with it.
