It says left click to delete. Not working :( Help

I have an ultra wide and I cant change video setting to accommodate the game-play. the setting won't let me force windowed mode to resize. would be nice to resize to the right resolution

tip: if you switch between rocket launcher and something else, you can spam rockets.
