experienced a bug chapter 11
Checked a few pages of the forum, didn't see other reports of this, but not sure if known.

The final steps of chapter 11, needing to ride the oiled green cube across the map, I would hit the first blue magnet to bounce across and I would get kicked off the block every time. It would fly across without me. It almost seemed logical, like I couldn't stay on the oily block, so I experimented with setting it on fire, thinking the oil needed to be burned off, but no.

I had committed to not getting any help online so I was a little irked that I had to check a guide and confirm my suspicion that it was a bug. I quit out and had to redo the whole puzzle, and then there was no trouble staying on the green block.

I think that's exactly what happens to me right now! I missed your post before posting mine, but now I'm glad I'm not the only one with that problem :-)

I'll try redo'ing it again if this worked out for you in the end, thanks!

Your solution solved it for me, too: Just restart and redo the whole level. It worked as it should have at first try after that! I deleted my old posting as it's solved for me, but it's still a bug which should be squashed.

I think it's more general than that — I've encountered something similar in previous puzzles. I first interpreted it as the player starting to fall off becuase... well, slick oil.

Or is it just realistic physics?...

Nah, I doubt it. Even if it is just the physics, I'd sacrifice it for gameplay (which is probably the devs' original intention, in which case, we do indeed have a bug in need of a fix).

Apologies for this issue. Sometimes when the game is running at a low FPS the physics behave differently. Can you try lowering the settings?

my FPS is 120 stable, no dips.
having exactly the same problem. earlier i was having to deal with invisible signs, which made it really difficult to spot platform movers, but it went away with an alt-tab or something.

restarting the level solved it.

I had the same issue. Lowering graphics didn't help. Restarting game and level did.

I have the same problem on Xbox One (launch console, no X no S). Patching it would be nice.

Just happened to me, too. It really made to rage quit a puzzle game. Well done!
(Playing on locked 60FPS, GTX 1070Ti)

Glad I found this thread. It's July 2019, and I'm also experiencing this issue. Thanks to Apostle S for posting the fix.

did you solve it? it's 2020 and this issue still exists!
I can't finish the level

Restarting the game fixes the issue.

How? You mean I should quit to main menu and then start the level?
Because I already did that and it didn’t work
I also tried “closing” the game and returning to desktop and re-play the level again and still didn’t work!

I also found a thread that the developer said that we have to reduce the FPS, so I played on the highest resolution to drop that FPS, and also tried the opposite; playing on a so much lower resolution and the bug still exists!!!

What the hell should I do to pass this final level? I don’t understand why I have to do all this! Why don’t they just fix the problem and let us finish the game? Is that to hard?!!!
