Gearbox bought the rights to Duke nukem, and when they were releasing World Tour they decided to be ♥♥♥♥♥ and forced 3D Realms to take megaton out of the pack, so they had to nuke the entire anthology, and release each game separately. The worst part is that some of the unpopular games were never actually put up for sale, i got lucky that i was able to get a key for the pack back in the day Edit: Alien Carnage / Halloween Harry (up on zoom-platform for free, the game store, they are officially licensed, ...
