Because it seems they used samples of the music from the game, and submitted it to Content ID, which means any videos of game play/music will be claimed by them.

Oh yeah, and that video above is also claimed by whoever did the remix.

Did you check into it? I'd hate to think anyone trying to do a play-through on YouTube would get false claims.
