\[h5]In this update, we focused on improving player convenience and expanding key gameplay systems.\[/h5]

🌐 Updated Computer UI System

We’ve implemented a completely new interface for the in-game computer.
The menu now opens in full screen, and primary interactions are performed with the mouse — giving us more room to expand the computer’s functionality in future updates.
If players respond positively to this new approach, we will continue improving the UI with more detail and better optimization for various resolutions and screen sizes.

💡 Interaction Hint System (Test Mode)

A test version of the new hint system has been added: when approaching an object, a prompt now appears showing that it can be interacted with EEE.
This system is still evolving, and your feedback will help us make it as intuitive and helpful as possible.

🗺 Gameplay Changes

The level map is now available right from the start — no purchase required.
This will help players navigate and plan their actions more efficiently from the very beginning.

🔧 Ongoing Work

We continue active development, including:

adding missing models and sounds,
working on the level surveillance system,
improving the game’s overall quality and content.

Update: Fixes and Improvements ⚙️

This update brings a number of fixes and quality-of-life improvements:

You can no longer select an already selected item.
The UI now properly supports 2K monitors.
Removed invisible interaction points near the base.
Increased walking speed.
Increased running duration.
Updated the death message text.
After dying, the player now continues the mission by respawning in the vehicle (in the full version, the respawn will take place in the hangar).
Reduced flashlight brightness.
The flashlight no longer triggers a swing animation.
The flashlight can now be turned on and off manually.
Added a sound effect for turning on the power station.
The power station light now turns on when activated.

A small but important update is out, aimed at improving stability and fixing bugs.

🔧 What’s new:

Fixed a bug where part of the hand was not visible
Added colliders for some objects on the base
Map updated for accurate placement of substations
Updated instructions when purchasing items in the shop
Fixed a bug where walking sounds played even when standing still
Changed the hint requiring you to start the generator
Mines reworked — now they are visible from a distance
Added purchase sounds and printer sounds
Spider damage reduced by 60%

Work is still ongoing to fix the bug where some models are missing textures.

few questions about the game.

Hey, I have a few questions about the game. I know you’re developing it solo, but I also noticed that there’s a playtest you can sign up for on the Steam page. Is there one currently running? And how is the game structured? The trailer is a bit cryptic in that regard can it be compared to a “Friend Slop” game?...
