I've been looking all over, but can't find anything on them. Are they in any way different/better than ordinary mixed inf?

I wonder if MOD can be modified. Will it be troublesome for developers to make functions?Including the increase in the number of rounds needed to obtain resources due to the increase in mining difficulty.

I'm running into the late-mid game and I'm starting to hit a population wall. At around 160, overcrowding reoccurs and there's a need to further upgrade the settlement but there's no more upgrades left beyond city. I haven't even finished the farms yet. I could probably easily hit 250 pops per settlement. So the question is, whether or not there's a possibility of further content being added or even an Oriental empires II on the horizon? Honestly I'd pay fair money for an expansion at this point....
