@ DEV. / Publisher : Duplicate key error (Groupees bundle)

Hello ,
My Groupees bundle key for the game says it has already been used (duplicate key error).
Please give instruction as to how to get a new key from you !

..... and f*** yourself, dear customer, you will not gain the key replacement for a game you're buy on legit store... and we are revoked!

Just checked my unused keys from few bundles:

Groupees Tax Year Bundle
Groupees The 50 - Haunting Bundle
Indiegala Hump Day Bundle #6
Super Duper Bundle #4
Spring Cubic Bundle
DIG Super Bundle 27 (x2)
DIG Indie Bundle 1 (x2)

All show as dupes. Developer / publisher revoked unredeemed keys he had sold to many bundle sites.

Why does Steam make invalidating keys so easy and allows this kind of scams?
