How to get Lol, Really? Archivement

I'm having trouble getting the "Lol, Really?" achievement. I have all the other achievements except for "Clubber," meaning I only need these two. But the "Lol, Really?" achievement is bugged and says I only have 14/25 achievements, which is false because I have 25/27. I don't understand. I'd like to know if completing "Clubber" will also give me "Lol, Really?". I don't know if it's a bug or if I'm just being dense.
